Pam Neighbors

Certified Permanent Cosmetics / Scalp Artist and Educator

Pam has 25+ years in the permanent cosmetics field. She uses her years of artistry in tattoo art, skin needling, camouflaging, her work with plastic surgeons and SMP’s most advanced micro pigmentation techniques provide the best possible experience.

She believes that continuing education is key. Staying current with the latest equipment and techniques allows her to insure that each client is going to receive optimum results in a safe, comfortable environment.

Attention to detail and a no nonsense approach paired with her sense of humor keeps her clients confident in each procedure. Most importantly, she listens to her clients, customizing each look to restore their confidence, relationships, and lifestyle.

Gracie Irving

Coordinator and Administrator

Gracie Irving is the newest member of our team graduating from the Trillium Ink Academy in Tigard, Oregon in 2021.  Her impressive abilities and professional attitude landed her a position at the academy as a coordinator and administrative duties. 

Gracie has already enhanced her skillset with Advanced Eyeliner Training and has attended extensive educational training at the 2022 Dallas Empowerment Conference.  She continues to apprentice onsite at Trillium Ink Studio.

Dawn Marie Gosney

Permanent Cosmetics Artist

Dawn Marie is an esthetician and permanent cosmetics artist in the PNW.  She currently holds licenses in both WA and OR.  Her experience in the esthetics and beauty industry lend way to her position at Trillium Ink Academy as an educator in cosmetic tattoo.  She provides a range of para-medical tattoo services including areola restoration and scar camouflage, scalp micropigmentation and hair density, Lyft tattoo lightening, and permanent cosmetic applications.

 

Dawn continues to further her knowledge base in this everchanging business by attending industry conferences and continuing education classes.  She is a firm believer in empowering young women by setting a professional example and giving encouragement to new technicians.
